If you are not already on any supplements then you may not need any during the course of your meal plan. Nonetheless, our nutritionist will mediate this with you in your initial consultation before starting meals.

Absolutely! we do not want a mere weekend getting in the way of your weight-loss journey.

You can pause your meals during your subscription period and those days will get added on.  Let us know a day prior before 4.00 p.m. in case you need to pause for the next day. 

Yes you can. Just let us know a day prior before 7.00 p.m 

All requests for a change in delivery address must be made before 7 pm the day before. It’s always advised updating delivery addresses as early as possible.
